YOUTH INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
What is the Youth Internship Program?
In 2020, the NGO LOOB launched a Program called “Youth Initiatives in Response to COVID-19: Internship Program”. It was made in response to Filipino university students during this pandemic centering on youth’s self-development, awareness of the Philippines’ social issues, promotion of intercultural exchange, Sustainable Development Goals, encouraging the spirit of volunteerism, and honing youth to be a catalyst of change in the Philippines society.
Benefits of the Internship Program
This Program offers youth (18 to 26 years) a valuable work experience in the fields of community outreach work and international cultural experience and helps in the enhancement of personal skills. Through this program, youths will see their valuable contribution to the organization’s success. With this unique experience, it can be mutually beneficial for both parties involved - the youth, and the NGO LOOB.
