JUNIOR LEADERS TRAINING PROGRAM
As a strong advocate for youth empowerment, LOOB trains and empowers high school students in marginalized communities to become capable and empowered future leaders.
NGO LOOB provides educational support to children from elementary to University. Currently, we're supporting over 50 children and youths from three partner communities.​

NGO LOOB started the Junior Leadership Training Program in Iloilo City last 2016. The Junior Leaders consist of Junior and Senior High School students coming from Barangay Calajunan where the sanitary landfill is located. There are also Junior Leaders who hail from Brgy. Navais in Iloilo City, as well as in Brgy. Namocon, Tigbauan, Iloilo.
The overall aim of this program is to enhance their leadership thus increasing their spontaneity and positivity. Besides the financial support, the program also provides learning opportunities such as leadership trainings and SDGs Workshops.
